Guests are welcome to use the meditation and yoga studio, which is located on top of the hill with stunning views over the bay.
The studio has been constructed using cedar, cyprus and pine which was grown on the property.
Iyengar-style yoga classes take place twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 6pm throughout summer. The classes are taught by an experienced, inspirational yoga teacher. We also offer guided meditation sessions usually every day. In addition, there are various workshops held by visiting practitioners. Guests are welcome to use the yoga and meditation space for personal practice during their stay at Shambhala.
